HRGC Adopts New Name, Brand to Become Nance Construction
HRGC has recently changed its name to Nance Construction, LLC. The Charlotte-based construction and general contracting firm is owned by Heather Nance and managed by her husband, Bobby Nance.
According to the Nances, the new name reflects the company’s evolution and modern capabilities. The company’s leadership has over 75 years of combined experience in the construction industry, with the personnel and equipment necessary to tackle both commercial and residential projects.
The name also comes with a sense of accountability.
“It’s our name on every job,” says CEO Heather Nance. “Nance Construction isn’t just the company name, but our family name. It’s on everything we do and that fills us with both a sense of pride and responsibility.”
No Changes in Management or Obligations
The Nances were quick to emphasize that the management and ownership of the company remain intact and stronger than ever.
“We will continue to offer the same excellent service you have come to expect,” says Chief Operating Officer Bobby Nance. “Our name change won’t impact any ongoing projects, cooperation, or agreed-upon terms. Our company has evolved and we feel a rebranding is necessary to modernize and reflect our company’s true scope of work.”
Commercial and Residential Construction Capabilities
Nance Construction (formerly HRGC) is a full-service general contractor available for commercial and residential building projects. The company, which opened its doors in 2016, is licensed and insured in both North and South Carolina.
On the commercial construction side, Nance provides complete building construction, demolition, retail and office renovation, outdoor spaces, and conversion to multi-use facilities. The company also provides residential services such as new home construction, major renovations, outdoor living areas, and new room additions.
The new name officially came into effect on April 20, 2021.
